The Activa Resolutions department has been proactive in assisting with downtime issues within our van fleet. At Interfit UK Limited, a leading provider of tyres, wheels and fitting services to the off-highway sector, we pride ourselves on timely service provision and meeting challenging SLA’s. A reliable van fleet is a pre-requisite for our business and if we encounter issues we need swift resolution with as little impact on our business as possible. Activa have taken these requirements on board and assisted via direct communication and escalation at manufacturer/dealerships and proposing and developing new providers where necessary. The approach is supported by a tracking document to log and progress issues and monthly review calls to discuss and develop solutions. We value this ongoing support and look forward to making further progress in reducing vehicle downtime and better supporting the demands of our business.
