  • We set up new customer accounts, manage contracts and arrange helpful extras, like licence checks, fuel cards and accident management. As the first point of contact, we’re here to support you throughout your on-boarding process.

Daily rental


  • We’re here to support customers with short-term vehicle needs, handling calls, emails and bookings with care. By working with suppliers, we stay flexible and focused on our customers.

Accounts


  • We look after all income, spending, invoicing and payments, making sure everything is accurate and on time. We also offer financial insights to support the wider Activa team.

Operations


  • We work with our Sales and support teams to improve processes, assess risks, and manage live contracts – from negotiations through to terminations.

Resolutions and Client Experience


  • We look after vehicle downtime, raise and manage technical issues, and support customers with any supplier, dealer or repair concerns. We work hard to keep our customers mobile and recover manufacturers costs where possible.

Data Analytics


  • We provide our clients with meaningful fleet insights by analysing trends, KPIs and areas for improvement. By identifying patterns and working closely with all departments, we help guide data-driven decisions.

Business Development


  • We connect with potential clients and learn about their fleet requirements, while showcasing Activa’s benefits and how we can meet their needs. We also explore new markets and forge partnerships to support the growth of the business.

HelpDesk


  • We offer end-to-end fleet support, helping with policies, quotes, orders, pool vehicles, and day-to-day fleet needs.

Customer Services


  • We handle customer quotes, enquiries and orders, while supporting our area managers and fleet managers to keep everything running smoothly. Our aim is to provide customers with a smooth, hassle-free experience.

LCV


  • We provide tailored and bespoke vehicle solutions for every business need. We manage each order from build to delivery, while keeping customers updated along the way.

Logistics


  • Working closely with different departments across the Group, we manage new vehicle deliveries and returns and ensure the right vehicle arrives at the right place and time. We also help with vehicle movements, storage and reconditioning.

Facilities


  • We keep our workspaces safe, welcoming, and well maintained. We also oversee our EV charging facilities at our Milton Keynes offices.
